  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to the United States only.

Return & Exchange Policy: At Soulse Boutique, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that they meet your expectations. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@soulseboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. To expedite the process, kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Upon verification of the issue, we will gladly offer a replacement for the damaged or defective item. If a replacement is not available, we may provide a store credit for the purchase amount.
