All digital downloads (such as printable wall art, affirmation cards, planners, and templates) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once your files have been downloaded.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact us right away at support@soulseboutique.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the problem.


🌿 Physical Products

We want you to love every item you receive! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  2. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. You must contact us first to receive return authorization.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
