At Soul Sé Boutique, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality products. Because many of our items are made to order, we ask that customers review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A refund to the original payment method
- Store credit, when appropriate
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet begun, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Custom or personalized products
- Print-on-demand apparel
- Print-on-demand accessories
- Digital products or downloadable files
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing by your financial institution after the refund is issued.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
